Aspergillus galactomanna Performance
An evaluation was carried out using 981 samples (381 positive and 640 negative) at 3 hospitals, the results found were:
- The sensitivity and specificity for the FungiXpert LFA is 90.6-96.8% and 95-96.4% respectively

The Lateral Flow Assay Reader
A pre-programmed instrument for quantitatively reading lateral flow assays for fungal biomarkers. These Quantitative lateral flow assays open the door to the benefits of combination testing in diagnosing fungal infections.
- An immunochromatography reader with built-in standard curves, which are recognised by the ID on of the cassette
- Scan the strip barcode to match the corresponding standard curve data, then simply read it!
- The quantitative results will now be displayed as determined by the barcode-detected standard curve.
