Rifampicin-Resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis molecular control
We’ve added Rifampicin-Resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis to our molecular QC offering! The new positive and negative IVD controls in an inactivated pellet format are designed to make QC testing of molecular assays simple and reliable. Our positive control represents the five common mutations to the rpoB gene associated with rifampicin-resistance (L511P, H526Y, S531L, D516V, S522L). Separate positive and negative controls enable labs to minimize waste by only purchasing the volume of controls needed, and room temperature storage saves freezer/refrigerator space in the lab and reduces shipping costs.
