Negative Cellularity Controls for Molecular Assays
Negative Cellularity Controls are intended for use as an external, non-viable negative control material for molecular applications.
The Microbiologics negative cellularity control material contains A549 lung epithelial cells, which mimic the actual patient samples and allows laboratories to validate performance of the entire molecular assay process – including extraction, amplification, and detection.
CE MARKED - SIMPLE TO USE - ROOM TEMPERATURE STORAGE
Negative Cellularity Control (Inactivated Pellet) Inactivated Helix Elite Molecular Standards are specially designed, full process controls for use in molecular testing. Each kit contains 5 unassayed lyophilized pellets, packaged in individual vials for ease-of-use and to avoid cross contamination. When rehydrated they may be used for 5 days if stored at 4 degC.
